Purple, Gold, and White: Historic Plaque Unveiling

In celebration of 100 years of the passing of the 19th Amendment guaranteeing women’s right to vote, Old City Park will be unveiling a historic plaque which honors former Dallas judge, Texas legislator, and former Lieutenant Governor Barry Miller for his efforts in supporting the women’s suffrage movement in Dallas.
