Yoga at Old City Park

A program hosted by Mind Your Mat Collective, a donation-based group, you can now join us near our Pavilion for a time of health, flow, and mindfulness at Old City Park. Today will be an All Levels Vinyasa with Samantha outdoors.
We recommend that you arrive by at least 8:45a so you have time to park and find your way through the park to your class. Check-in will begin 20 minuets before start and doors will close at 9:07a in respect for all yogis who come for this experience. No reservation needed, but if you’d like to do so and make a donation to the program, please click here.
Mat Rentals from MYM are $5 with other props being free to use, and parking at Old City Park is free.
