Summer is almost here! Do your kids need something fun to do this summer? Look no further, we have just what you are looking for!

Send your kids back in time to experience the ways of living in Dallas, the arts and crafts of Early Dallas, while also learning about the technology that helped build and grow both Dallas and the world during the Industrial Revolution: Full STEAM ahead! Open to kids from 1st to 4th grade, they will immerse themselves in history from the mid- 1800’s to the early- 1900’s through the lessons and activities at the camp.

Camp Schedule 

Week 1 City Life: During this first week of camp, your kids will experience what it was like to be living in the “city” during Dallas’s early years. They will be exploring technological innovations that were paving the way to the modern future!
Week 2 Country Life: This week children will immerse themselves in what life was like living with out the convenience of the city. This week will focus on country life and old-fashioned ways of living, learning what life was like in the 19th century.
Week 3 Arts & Crafts: Now that the the kids have seen what it was like living in the early years of Dallas, this week will focus more on the type of fun kids would have during the Arts & Crafts week. Kids will get the chance to learn about making old-fashioned toys, basket weaving, and more. 
Week 4 STEAM: This is STEAM week! This is a hands on learning week, letting kids get the hands on information, by learning about the technological advances that made modern life happen. This week will focus on learning about electricity, the telegraph, and inventions leading up to the automobiles.

$300 Per week, Per Child

*Lunches will not be provided; your child(ren) will need to bring their own lunches and snacks
