Outdoor Portrait Photography
If the idea of standing in a roadside patch of bluebonnets makes you itch, we encourage you to come have your individual and family portraits captured at Old City Park. Outdoor portrait photography is $75 during our museum hours since admission is free. Larger portrait shoots involving multiple people, interior of certain buildings, or outside of operating hours will need to be booked through our rentals office. Indoor Portrait Photography
Indoor portrait photography times need to be reserved in advance so curatorial staff can be assigned to help with equipment, props and barriers. Commercial Photography and Videography
Old City Park has been featured in numerous TV commercials, videos and films and is a favorite destination for commercial photographers and advertising agencies. The Park is not a vintage-look creation but 28 real Texas structures being preserved in the original city park in Dallas. Whether you are looking for a full building, a room of genuine antiques, a picturesque landscape or just a great texture to offset your products, Old City Park is the place to start when you want authenticity.

Changing Facilities
Unfortunately, we do not have the proper facilities to allow you to change outfits in our restrooms. If you need to change clothes on-site you may book our bridal or grooms’ suites for a fee.
