Facilities Coordinator:
The Park is looking for a new Facilities Coordinator to help maintain our historic buildings and grounds. See below for how to apply!
The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
- Day-to-day park repairs, work orders, and grounds maintenance.
- Clearly communicating repair or improvement cost and time estimations
- Working with a directed priority list of repairs, maintenance, or upkeep of park grounds and buildings
- Coordinating and communicating repairs with the Operations Manager that may impact staff or visitor experience
- Physical repairs to buildings and grounds
- Escalating operational needs or issues to the Operations Manager
- Establishing a clear schedule of maintenance and repairs
- Responding to and clearing work orders in a timely manner
Requirements include:
- Being able to lift upwards of 50 pounds at a time
- Bending at the knee, climbing, and standing for long periods of time
- Walking 2-3 miles a day

Reservations Manager:
The Park is looking for a new Reservations Manager to help with our field trip, workshop, and class bookings. See below for how to apply!
The Reservations Manger will be responsible for the following:
- Booking field trips, tours, workshops, classes, and any other educational programming
- Managing revenue payments for all bookings and ensuring payments for each reservation are paid within the appropriate timeline
- Clearly communicating guidelines, timelines, policies and procedures to all guests in a timely manner
- Coordinating and communicating with the Frontline Staff Manager on quantity, payments received, and scheduling of programming for staffing purposes
- Creating new or troubleshooting existing booking items within our software booking system
- Working in cooperation with the Frontline Staff Manager for all rescheduling needs
- Establishing clear communication between visitor bookings as well as the Frontline Staff Manager to establish positive guest experiences and expectations
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal customer service skills
- Escalating problems, issues, or feedback to the Frontline Staff Manager as needed
- Track and account for earned reservation revenue in relation to institutional annual reservation goals
